Appointment of Judges in Delhi High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Manmohan Singh, (ii) Shri Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and (iii) Shri Justice Jag Jivan Ram Midha, Additional Judges of the Delhi High Court, to be Judges of the Delhi High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their offices.
