Additional Judges for Bombay High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Kamalkishor Kapoorchandji Tated, (ii) Shri Prasanna Bhalachandra Varale and (iii) Shri Shahrukh Jimi Kathawalla, Advocates, as Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court, for a period of two years in the same order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
