written synopsis by respondents

what do you mean by written synopsis in writ petition. If respondent files written synopsis what it contains ,to counter it whether it's necessary to file written objection by appelant or he can cover it in oral arguments

The synopsis has to be perused, which can not be presumed for its subject matter, facts and law applicable on the issue(s) involved. 

However, you are already a "Guru" do you need advise ?
