Writ of mandamus

Geertings for the day,

Here we have issue with one GO.
1. Govt authority wrongly calculated development charges in DC.
2. Intially we selected intallment option in online,
afterwards with in the period of we requested them to revise that DC
allow us to pay in lumpsum.
we not having proper answer from respective authority.

we would like to file writ of mandamus.

now the question is
Q) Is we need file two writs for two issues or one writ
(origin is same for these two issues)?

If the parties are same you can file single writ with differant prayes

Single authority can be number of issues . A writ petition seeking mandamus must be filed by a person in good faith and who has an interest in the performance of the duty by the public authority. The person seeking mandamus must have a legal right to do so and also must have demanded the performance of the duty and it is refused by the authority.
