Hi.

1. Person A is having enemy with Person B. Both A&B resides in same association

2. A stole Soceity Letter head , wrote some serious defamatory articles on it, and started Signature campaign against B for the purpose of defaming B

3. Person C , approaches other people of the society and asked them to sign on the society letter head  which would be used with defamation against B

4. Person D [having knowledge of the purpose of the Signature campaing ]

Under Which Section Person A C& D must be sued By B

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the legal ramifications for individuals who sign a defamatory article. It questions whether Person C and Person D, who actively participated in a signature campaign with the intent to defame Person B, can be sued. The core issue revolves around holding signatories accountable for the content they endorse, even if they didn't author it.
