civil construction companies (larsen and turbo) company has many project sites in india.
every employe is forced to work from 8am till 11 pm
but these employees are not be given any OTA as defined by factories act.
these employees are offerred only a mere 10% of basic as Project allowances,
Is it legal then how please shed some wisdom?
is project site employees of construction companies are covered by 8 hour statutory duty as defined by
Industrial dispute act? please advise
