We belong to scheduled caste community in A.P. State.I am working as Manager in SBI,Chennai
My father B.Balachenaiah M.A, B.L, I.P.S. worked as Asst.Post Master General Tamilnadu circle,Chennai. While my mother was working at Tirupati,Chittoor Dist ,Andhra pradesh as postal employee, she became member of Chittoor Dist Postal and Telegraph co operative society Ltd. and she was allotted plot in the Postal and telegraph colony Tirupati with Plot No.76B as per allotment letter dated 07.06.1969. and executed Registered Sale deed no:2755 in 1971in her favour after receiving the balance sale consideration and delivered the possession of the same to her .My mother expired on 18.02.2009 by leaving her husband and children as legal heir’s and legal representatives after death the entire Estate including Plot No.76B.and was devolved on them only. Except her husband and Children alone having right, interest, possession and title over the Plot No. 76B.
On 28.0.2010.K.Nagaiah,s/o K.Chengaiah,D.No:40Venkatadri Nagar colony,Himayat Nagar,Hyderabad Chairman of the SC/ST welfare association and Amebedkar Bhavan,Prakasam Road,Tirupati and Y.Munikrishnaiah,Retd.Deputy A.E.O., T.T.D,Tirupati andVice Chairman, of the SC/ST welfare association and Amebedkar Bhavan,Prakasam Road,Tirupati Even though they are in no way concerned with our property(Plot No.76B) they have been trying to occupy our land using their followers and making continuous attempts of trespassing into our property.K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah along with their followers (up to 30 men) with criminal motive trespassed into our property(Plot No.76B) and threatening our family members to leave the land to them.We tried to lodge police complaint..But police did not accept our complaint but advised us to demolish any construction on the plot.
On their advise our family members went to the plot along with JCB to remove the materials dumped by K.Nagaiah ,Y.Munikrishnaiah and their followers. But Y.Munikrishnaiah,B,Jayaramaiah alongwith their followers threatened us and tried to burnt the JCB and also tried to burnt our car,Again we went to police. Police came to the spot and advised them not to create problems since the site belongs to us.The Superintendent was kind enough to hear my problems and FIR 82/2010 lodged on 02.05.2010 under IPC-149 IPC-148 IPC-147 IPC-506 IPC-447
Since FIR lodged we thought there would be no problems to construct a compound wall to plot no;76B Postal colony,Tirupati.We went to the plot with workers .But again so called trouble shooters came in to large number and obstructed us to do any Work. Y.Munikrishnaiah, B.Jayaramaiah abused my father.This incident brought to the knowledge of police.The police came and warned the trespassers and they would be arrested if they continue to trespass in to the site.It was quite for some time.
In the month end of February 2011, again the above said trespassers tried to trespass our plot no:76B Postal colony.Tirupati.K.Nagaiah issued a caveat on 26.02.2011stating that my sick mother who was seriously ii at that time entered in to an agreement on 07.09.2007 when she was hospitalized(Evidence-Hospital record) and when he was addressing a meeting at Medak,near Hyderabad.
On 01.03.2011This incident brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police,Tirupati urban explaining that no action was taken on the FIR registered by the police.The Super indent of Police gave instructions to Sub Inspector of East police station to verify the documentary evidence of both sides, So we attended the police station on 01.03.2011 for producing the Documentary evidence, The other party was also directed to produce the documentary evidence. We produced our documents, but the other party did not show any documents. Whwn We were in police station on my request Inspector of police and sub Inspector came to the plot no:76B and found a board was putup titled”Ambedkar Bhavan” and also found that two persons were measuring the site for constructing a compound wall.The police took them to police station for interrogation.Having known the incident ,Y.Munikrishnaiah,B.
While discussions Y.Munikrishnaiah and his aide namely.B. Jayaram along with his followers verbally abused me in presence of the Police officers and stating that “What is the guarantee that I was born to my father.I felt very bad with their unparliamentarily abuses and it affected myself respect and my womanhood. .
While leaving from East police station,Tirupati to my place on the same day the followers of K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaih allegedly named Tallapaka suresh and Tallapaka Damu’s and their followers made threatened calls to me and instructed me not to approach police dept.Being a woman in respectable position it is very difficult for me to digest the incident infront of all men I have sent a complaint to The Supdt.of Police station Tirupati Urban ,Tirupati . and I lodged an on line complaint to National Human Rights Commission,New Delhi and case was registered with case no:215/312011WC.I received a letter from National Human rights commission ,New Delhi dtd.01.04.2011Stating that the complaint had been transmitted to The Senior Supdt. of Police ,Chittoor for further action. Another copy forwarded to The Director,Women & childwelfare,Chittor and they have forwarded the complaint to take further action .When a lady officer insulted by men even though the incident occurred on 01.03.2011 despite several reminders to take action no implantation took place. I pray justice.5. On the fourth day I contacted the police station to know the progress of the case; the police informed me that the opposition did not turn up with any documents to state their claim of the property.On the other hand K.nagaiah Chairman Ambedkar Bhavan ,Prakasam Road, Tirupati and Y.Munikrishnaiah Retd A.E.O., TTD,Tirupatialong with their followers B.Jayaram, retd.J.T.O., Telecom and Member in Ambedkar bhavan,Prakasam Road, Tirupati M.Ananda Prakash,Secretary,Ambedkar Bhavan committee Prakasam Road,Tirupati ,P.Chengalrayalu,Secretary,
It is well planned attempt by conspirators K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah to show their strength and might to threaten our family members from interfering into this affair. They made this event to publish in the daily newspapers namely Andhrajyothi and Hindu dtd08.03.2011on the very next day of the occurrence of the incident.Central welfare board, New Delhi blacklisted the organization :Association for Mahila movement and action established in No:422 Bairagipatteda,Tirupati . These so called leaders appears to be very helpful to the community instead of helping the people they are trying to grab the ladies property.
K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah availed all the opportunities given by the Government and stooped to such a low level to throw blame on an innocent women like me in this respect for the simple reason. I tried to get my mother’s land which is my right to claim. Instead of respecting and helping the women they trying to rob the land belonging to the women belonging to schedule caste.After the two years of demise of my mother by creating forgery documents to the effect my mother sold the property to him on 07.09.2007.How far it is correct to grab the land of SC people by the so called leaders.
K.Nagaiah is the Ex president of Sc/St welfare association and also Ex member of Sc/St commission used all his political influence to grab land (Plot no.76B) belonging to my family.
K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah,B.Jayaramaiah including his roudi sheeters and so called students put up a board in our said plot no 76B in the style of “Ambedkar Yuvajana sangham”, Srinivaspuram youth Head office :Chinthala basti,Hyderabad. If they want for any such situation they can approach the government for allotment of the land and they can not forcefully, orbitedly try to grab private land belonging to my deceased mother.
A detailed complaint( along with enclosures )was sent on 27.04.2011 to
1. the DGP,Hyderabad.2.The DIG,Anantapur range.3.The honorable Chairman,National commission for SC/ST,New Delhi,4.The honorable Home Minister,Hyderabad.
5.The Speaker,Parliament,NewDelhi,6.The District Collector,Chittoor,
7.The Sr.Supdt,of Police,Chittoor,8.The Supdt.of Police,Tirupati.
Now the police filed a case in the court against K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah under case no:221/11 in June'11The case came up for hearing on 26.09.11.I understand summons were issued to Y.Munikrishnaiah the second accused in the case.
While FIR 82/2010 dtd 02.05.2010 lodged and case is going on in this issue in court again K.Nagaiah and Y.Munikrishnaiah and Tallapaka Damu arranged one washerman family to reside in our said plot without regard and to police and court case against them.When I visited the site on 09.10.2011 one lady kasturi residing in my plot no:76B informed me that Tallapaka Damu permitted her to reside my plot as it belongs to Ambedkar Bhavan.
I have lodged second FIR:295/2011 on 19.10.2011 under IPC-34 IPC-506 IPC-448 on these culprits.They are trying their level best to book me in any case if I visit my property.
I request you to kindly look into their illegal and unlawful plans taking the law in to their hands believing that police , revenue administration can not do anything to them even in the face of FIR lodged against them on 02.05.2010 and the case is still in process and suggest me 1.how to teach a lesson to the so called SC leaders & their men 2.how to proceed further to come out of this issue3.how to proceed further on NHRC letter to SSP,Chittoor to take action against Y.Munikrishnaiah who insulted me infront of all men in police station.4.how to bring their false documents and false allegations in to light.5.shall I proceed for defamition case(In caveat K.Nagaiah insulted my mother stating that she enteredin to an agreement) to bring the false documents in to light.
If they try to trouble an educated woman like me how they might have troubled the innocent sc women.

Society allotment letter of1969.Regd.sale deed of1971.EC for 40 years in the name of my mother's demise transfered the property in my name by all legal heirs.Ec in my name.
They are not having any documents.
