Withdrawal of resignation before acceptance

Sir i was on probation period in Central government department. I had resigned last year during probation period due to mother sickness. After 4 months i had submitted request for withdrawal of resignation. My request for withdrawal of resignationis pending from last 11 months.

Query:-

1 whether resignation withdrawal before acceptance is deemed to be withdawn automatically as per dopt guidelines.

2. Whether resignation submitted during probation period is allowed to be withdrawal as per dopt guidelines.

Generally the resignation submitted (by a "confirmed" employee) can be withdrawn before it is being accepted.

However, you are stated to be on probaltion and submitted it (resignation) 4 months ago, which cannot remain "unaccepted" during such a long time.

Besides this, in terms of your appointment you can leave the department (resign) by giving a notice of one month, recheck your appointment letter.

Resignation is pending sir. I confirmed from office.

I submitted resignation on Nov 2022.

Withdrawal of resignation on feb. 2023

Received letter from head office that my request for withdrawal of resignation is not routed through proper channel and advised to submit it at concerned office on July 2023. I again submit withdrawal request at concerned office on july 2023. After that no correspondence received.
