Withdrawal of documents given as proof incase

Sir,

In a case filed against me the plaint has withdrawn 3 documents presented by him in IA as these documents prove that he is comitted fraud. How can i raise an objection to this in the court?

Meanwhile if the court givesn a decree without considering the withdrawn documents how do i ask the court to consider the documents?

Dear Gaurav, Opposite party/ Defendant must have supplied copy to you of all the documents which he had filed. He cannot withdraw the documents without permission of the court under Order 13 rule 9 of cpc. he has to file the certified copies of documents, which he wants to withdraw. please inspect court file legally to ascertain whether any order was passed about withdrawn or not. you can contact me on my mail id/ mobile.
