Will reopening of Ruchika case ??

One thing is sure, people want change. This is a begining and is a good sign, lot of changes will be there in coming years. In my area police has killed an innocent person in its custody, due to public pressure, FIR against all police officials has been lodged. Also some has been suspended. In recent Bihar elections one thing u will notice, no Dons have won any election. All Dons have been shunted due to public pressure and Judicial Activism. Media/public ourage plus Judicial Activism will be proved deterent.

 one thing i would like to speak up here, whatever rathore did is not at all justified but today whatever is happening is also a step towards destroying our legal system as 306 as struck down uptill leval of supreme court how come a suprintandant of police is authorised to commit contempt of orders of supreme court, moreover if we actually go through the judgement of cbi judge many new things come to light which are not visible in news reports, if anyone cares to read the judgement its 97 page long judgement available at chandigarh district court website by going to judgement section of  j.s sidhu. go through it and than comment.

No dout we have learnt a lot in ' Jessica Lal'  muder case, ' Priyadarshini mattoo' trials,when the buried facts came to the fore which lead to the ' Witness Protection prerogatives' .In Ruchika case too judiciary will record history.

Watching and waiting with keen interest for the verdict of the court.
