You can engage the services of any advocate from this website or outside to have a personal clarification instead of posting this in a public forum like this and get confused seeing different opinions.

Will is an essentially private document it is not prudent to discuss the terms of your Will on a public platform. Further the intricacies of drawing a Will necessitates detailed discussion with a knowledgeable person to make it valid. Will. Please consult an advocate. Good Luck.

Yes. But you have not attached the will as you said. You can engage a lawyer who will draft the documents. He will prepare the will as per your intention.
Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate ) 24 November 2025
Dear Col,
You can draft your will yourself, there are number of templates available on net, you may modify them as per your details of legal representative(s), beneficiary, executor and movable and immovable property (ies).
Will is neither compulsory nor mandatory required to be registered, however, it is to be attested by two witnesses, notarised or registered with Sub-Registrar.
No stamp duty is to be paid for wil it may be written on a plain paper, may it be in your handwriting, if you do not want to get it typed.
Warm regards
Dr. (Maj) J C Vashista, Advocate
Supreme Court of India
