WILL

A Hindu male dies and his inherited property divided equally between his widow and three sons (X,Y,Z). Window let all three sons to use her share of property equally without any discrimination. But one year before her death she wrote a will in favour of X. She gave reason that X is looking after her in old age.  Can she dispose her whole share of inherited property to only one son, by will? Any legal option for poor fellows Y and Z?

No - by will she can bequethe the whole or any part of property to any body even he may not be his son. The law will help to incumbent who has been given right of property under her last Will and Testament. No option is left for y and z.
