Will

Under a will,a testator has bequeathed flat to 4 beneficiaries, out ofwhich3 are abroad one in india  .Can one beneficiary sell on behalf of others or any document has to made to empower .pls advise

Quick Summary
A testator has left a flat to four beneficiaries, with three living abroad. The question is whether one beneficiary can sell the property on behalf of the others. Advice is sought on the necessity and validity of a Power of Attorney (POA), especially if signed by the overseas beneficiaries. The process involves ensuring the POA is properly executed abroad, adjudicated locally, and potentially signed via embassy channels.

POA is needed in this case.

Is POA signed by 3 beneficiaries residing abroad suffice? can the beneficiaries sign the sale deed if sent through embassy? what's the legal procedure

Once the PA executed in the other country it should be sent here and adjudicated  before the registration authority
