Wife wants to with draw the past complaint and cohabit with husband

Wife had filed complaint against husband family members for dowry of 15k. Further police had registered FIR. Now wife wants to restitute with husband and with draw the compliant against family members. what remedy is available to her a. Wife may give complaint withdrwal application to police

b. Family members move to High court for quashing of FIR

c. Wife will do MOU for future good behaviour

d. Move to Session Court for discharge application before the District court

e. Any other option for her

The defacto complainant cannot withdraw the complaint.

However the accused can move High court with a petition to quash the charge sheet in which the defacto complainant should appear in person before high court and file an affidavit expressing no objection for the reasons you have stated here.

You can discuss with your advocate on all further issues too.

Charge sheet had not received up till date.

You either can wait for the filing of charge sheet or apply for quashing the FIR.
