wife's right in husband's and his grandfather's property

does wife has right in husband's property which is not yet in name of husband but is still in name of husband's grand much is her right?

As per the hindu succession laws ,wife as a matter of right cannot claim rights in the ancestral property/ies of the husband.

She has no rights in the ancestral property of her husband.

Hi Tina,

I am Advocate Ambuj from DWARKA (Delhi). As per the Hindu succession act, 1956 wife cannot claim the ancestral property untill husband alive as a matter of right, but the child can claim.
