Wife has filed 498A (in CAW Cell) after the 6 yrs. of Separation.
While case of Domestic Violence (DV) is already running in MM Court since last 6 years.
Plz advice me what should be my strategy against 498A.

How come dv is running for 6 years ? 498A can be filed any time according tothe whim and fancies of women, thats the advantage of 498A
