Why is discrimination in rights born to same mother

When we are born in same womb and been brought up by other without any discrimination, why the parents and law discriminate rights when grown up. Its really unfair to share property or parents to single individual in an family by saying Son as legal hair, elder will have rights in distributing property or mother/father to be in Son/elder house only.

Quick Summary
This discussion questions why siblings, raised equally, sometimes face different rights regarding inheritance and parental care as adults. It highlights that while family customs may vary, legal frameworks often dictate property distribution and care arrangements. Parents generally have the right to manage their personal property during their lifetime, which can influence inheritance outcomes.

What you say may be a custom in your family and not law.

You have mistaken the law or are not posting the correct information while seeking clarification here

Vague and incomplete information, if it is a real time legal problem ?

What are the facts? What is the context? The posting does not bring out any facts as to discrimination.

However, parents during their lifetime can dispose of their personal property at their discretion during their lifetime.
