Who's judgement will prevail?

I have filed a case against CHS in 1) Co-op Court in 2017 & was compelled to file
2) Revision Appeal with DDR1 in 2022 and the same is accepted and forwarded to Dy Registrar A Ward for rehearing?

Who's judgement will prevail in this situation?

Quick Summary
This discussion seeks clarity on which legal judgement will prevail when a case has been filed in both the Co-op Court and subsequently a Revision Appeal with the DDR1. The consensus is that once a matter has been heard by one legal forum, such as the cooperative court, you cannot then approach another, like the Dy. Registrar, for the same cause of action or remedies.

The orders or judgment passed by the presiding officer of the legal forum before which this matter was referred will prevail.

Once you have approached cooperative court then you cannot approach the Dy. Registrar for the same case or with the same cause of action and the same remedies.
