Supreme power is in the hands of the Govt.Hence it is more responsible to provide justice to its people. In India there is no justice.Because Govt. has done nothing to give justice instead of dates to the suffering people.

There are three types of court cases in the courts which can be solved in days----cheque bouncing, tenant disputes and matrimonial.

tenant has no right in the property ever,he/she should be evicted only after a notice from owner of the property ,only time of 2/4/6 months should be given. No need of court case.

Whosoever issues a cheque should be considered guilty if does not pays---whether blank, undated, post dated. Why a person issues a cheque on the very first hand if he/she does not want to pay to some one.Cases can be resolved within months.

Matrimonial----pre-marriage counselling can solve many problems of marriages,in future there would be no marriages, hence such cases would reduce automatically.

according to law - it is judiciary, not government.

Citizens should protest for justice before whom ?  Judiciary ?  OR  Government ?

Ofcourse the job is assigned to judiciary BUT, Is the Government is not THE JUSTICE PROVIDER ?

Can the Government escape from shouldering the responsibility in failure of providing the justice throwing the responsibility upon the judiciary ???

It is the govt./legislative which is supreme, Moreover In India no one  has any power where buck stops.  Even we have to pay for injustice meted out to us. Money prevails everywhere.

Word 'Justice'  needs definition.Whatever I decide sitting on the chair of judge,is not justice it is a decision. But if the decision making authority either it may be govt. or judge, should not only be guided by law but also by conscious and there are number of factors to arrive at just de cision. So everyone is responsible.

Sir,

PIL is the answer of this problem. But the high cost of filing it, restricts the citizens. Suo motto Supreme Court will not take any action. Since ages justice was free to all, but since British Raj it has been made payable. Also it is judgement which is being delivered not justice.

IT IT IS GOVERNMENT,  THEN INSPITE OF SUPREME COURT VERDICT IN THE MATTER OF PARLIAMENT ATTACK WHY ACTION AGAINST  AFSAL IS PENDING? IS IT THE RESON THERE IS NO HANGMAN AVILABLE? WHY SO MUCH DELAY IN THE MATTER? WHY THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT FOR INITIATING ACTION AGINST THE PERSON WHO HAS COMMITTED GENEIOUS CRIME AGAINST THE NATION'S 'NTERGRITY? WHY THE SUPREME COURT DIN'T PRESCRIBE CUT OFF DATE FOR ACTION? AT LAST IT APPEARS NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE NEITHER JUICIRY NOR GOVERNMENT FOR DELIVERING JUSTICEF.
