Which court would be better?

Want to file compensation claims for deliberate harrassment and mental torture against 1) Oriental Insurance Co Ltd- Mumbai for 7.5 lacs & 2) Sai Sadan Chambers Coop Society Ltd. - Mumbai for 7.5 lacs.

There are enough documentary evidence and Ombudsman Awards against OICL &

Several documents and court orders against Sai Sadan and both are admissable in Consumer Court as well as City Civil Court at Mumbai.

What will be better option for agrived party a senior citizen 77+.
