I recently read in the Times of India that a damage / recovery suit filed in Bombay High Court was sent to City Civil Court by the judge.
Can some expert throw some light on it and what happen to court fee paid to Bombay High Court in such situation.
Pl. also advice if City Civil court in Mumbai can be approached for Injunction cum damage suit for Rs.10Lacs
