Whether females are eligible in ancestroal properties ..?

i filed a partion case against my father during 1994 and 1st judgement came in my favour during jan 2005 that is im eligible for half share  (sisters not included) after that my father appealed in the district court and the district court remanded the case to the lower court to find the eligibility of share in the property because of the introduction of 2005 amendment act whether ladies are eligible for a share in the ancestroal property in this connection i approached directly to the high court of madras madurai branch and judgement came in my favour during dec 2007 that im eligible for half share and ladies(sisters) are not eligible in the ancestroal property and the case been sent to the lower court for partion between me and my father in this connection the lower court appointed a comissioner to inspect all the properties and divided into two parts one for me and one for my father

and the same has been submitted to the court during jan 2011 to pass final degree since then the case is draging for one or the other reason during december 2013 my father experied now my council has issued notices to my sisters to claim the father share so far the have not filed any affidavit. incase in future if they file affidavit for claiming father share what turn will the case take ...?

the highlight of the cases .i have filed the suite claiming my half share but my father has sold all the properties with out my signature and knowledge .after i filed a petition in the court even after the judgement of the high court they have sold one property .
