I am From bangalore, please help me on below points.
Builder forcing and threatening tonpay more maintenance but
1) Builder (Name:- Ananya Developers Basapura road) not provided rera #. So where can i find rera #.
2) Builder has not provided OC / CC
3) Builder denying to form registered association.
4) Builder not paying maintenance for unsold properties and asking tobpay more.
5) To force me he has influenced other owners and created one sided terms and conditions in Rs. 100 stamp paper and threatining me stating he will disconnect services.
What action can i take.
Please help me.
