dv case is dismissed. No need to worry. Complainant is pardoned you it seems. Do not worry.

The complaint case judgment is already pronounced to be "dimissed" as per your statement, what else do you need to know from experts on this platform?

Sorry Sir.. in this case i want to know that court order me to pay any maintanance?????

As the case has been dismissed for default, and as there is no interim order to pay MC, You need not pay any maintenance charges to your wife.

Wife has filled DV with different section but she or his lawyer is not present in court since year.

If there any provision pr rule to under this  DV application will be rejected and disposed with reason of absent of applicant and her lawyer.

It would be much helpful if you can assist me for the same

Thanks,
