What procedure to get a person arrested if a person does not make payment in cheque bounce case

a person has been convicted and sentenced in a cheque bounce case to make payment of  rs 50 lakhs  and also undergo imprisonment of 6 months . the accused has not complied with court orders even after lapse of appeal period of thirty days. what is proceedure to get him arrested and recover the money.

Generally the accused will be sent to jail immediately after being convicted and sentenced with imprisonment until he files a petition to suspend the sentence while preparing to file an appeal.

Hence without knowing further details any opinion given in this regard will be a misguidance.

The convict shall be arrested immediately after dismissal of appeal by Sessions Court.

It seems that accused has not following the court order.  You can file the petition in the same court for execution of the order.
