Dear Queriest,
A trademark licence agreement authorises the licensee to use the licensor's trademark in connection with agreed-upon goods or services. Licensing may help a corporation expand into new markets quickly and easily while also providing the licensee with a well-known brand.
The Stamp duty in Delhi is 5% of the total amount to be paid in the agreement. As imposed by Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
