What is the court fee for suit based upon adverse posession?

What is the Court fee for a suit based upon adverse possession? Is it proportional to the area of land claimed under adverse possession or is it a straight court fee of a fixed value? Please provide details of calculation or the amount in both cases.

Thank you

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the court fee required for a suit based on adverse possession. The fee is not a fixed amount but is proportionate to the area of land being claimed. The exact calculation method, potentially linked to stamp duty on the land, is explored to help users understand the costs involved.

You have to pay proportionate court fees as per your claim in the suit.

Proportionate with respect to area but what is the base? The stamp duty on the land area?
