Could someone pls throw light on what panchayat parikath and pahani is , and its strength it the court of law, why is a panchayat parikath done?
Reason for enquiring: My late Father had done a panchayat parikath transfer of records of agricultural property to my eldest brother, i think its a transfer of kaatha, but i dont know why he could have done that.
pls help me, i think he is trying to acquire the property in his name
