Adv Vinay Mathur + 8447131770 (Advocate)     10 December 2019

no one can answer this question you think why?

TGK REDDI   10 December 2019

Excellent unclear Query by the Author.

I presume the Questioner has Indian Contract Act in his mind.

The lawmakers should've been a little more elaborate.

It's difficult to understand Sec 2(e) & Sec 2(f) for them also who know defining and non-defining clauses.

Sec 2 (e) perhaps is concerned with only full consideration while Sec 2 (f), with both full consideration and part cosideration.

I myself am not satisfied with my answer.     I have nevertheless given such an answer only to pave the way of other experts.

TGK REDDI   10 December 2019

Pardon me.     Pave the way for.

Sankaranarayanan (Advocate)     12 December 2019

State the clear facts

TGK REDDI   13 December 2019

Facts are unnecessary.     The Questioner wants to be educated.

The Questioner should've clarified whether I was right.      Whether Indian Contract Act was in his mind.
