We filed the MCD and have 2 motions. Our 2nd motion has completed with proper affidavit signed by both the parties.
I paid whole money in DD and is duly signed by other party(wife).
Now my question is that, Is there any case or any right that before judgement (getting divorce Decree) she can withdraw it?
Or is there any right that she can file any case to stop the judgement?
Please suggest.

Dear querist,
What is call of your lawyer whom you hired for MCD.
In case she withdraws that will amount to contempt of court she could be jailed for that.
Regarding any other case, there is must be clause in memorandum of understating between you and your wife regarding that both parties will not file any suit against each other in near future.
