Incomplete facts posted by you can not lead to form an opinion and oblige. If a case u/s 138 of the NI Act has been registered the accused has the only option either to pay cheque amount or contest / defend. Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

actually accused had get the summon from presiding officer of court thn also he refuses to come in court ...It mean he is ignoring the summon according to ROZNAMA it in written that appearance of accuses from last 5 months the stage is same till now but the latest version in ROZNAMA is awaited report I'm bit confused about awaited report not understanding wht will happen

It appears that the Court is awaiting report from the Police authorities whether the summons has been served. Your advocate, during the next hearing, can request for expedite the serving of summons.
