what if the agreement is null n void?

I would like to know what happens when the agreement of a shop is null n void?Who takes the possesion?Is it the owner of the primises or the person who have the possesion or the default agreement sign as a underage?

If the lease agreement is declared void, lease can be deemed to be oral.

I hope you are asking this question, in continuation to your earlier question in "legal" page.

I wanted to tell you there itself that a minor can enter into a contract and it is valid if it is beneficial to him.

All minor's contracts are not void.
