what common person will do ??

If any police man slap any one without. any reason then what that person will do ??

Quick Summary
If a police officer assaults you without justification, you have several recourse options. You can lodge a written complaint with their superiors, up to the SSP, or potentially file a court complaint, though this can be difficult. Prosecuting an officer requires government sanction, which is often hard to obtain. While powerful individuals might face fewer obstacles, ordinary citizens may find the process challenging. For women, involving women's organisations or the media can sometimes lead to action.

You may file a written complaint.

If you are son of a minister then the carrier of the policeman can be ruined. You can slap him back. But then you will be put in the lock-up and tortured. If you are a female and the police was a male then you can complain to some women's organisation or to media and chances are that action would be taken against the policeman.
