Your source of cannabis,

on what grounds  are allowed to use it

are the others getting it from the same source

is there any allegations from the neighbours that its smell or smoke or anything else is disturbing them?

To answer your questions...

1)Source: "Cannabryl". https://cannabryl.com/what-is-medical-cannabis

Cannabryl in Ayurveda terms is "Vijaya paste/extract", this formulation is made from leaves and hence exempted within NDPS. The formulation is also certified to keep the active ingredients within permissible limits. I have attached the clearance certificate from "Office of drug controller(AYUSH)" that the medication comes with.

2)It can be purchased at a few sites online against a doctors prescripttion, my prescripttion is primarily for my inflamed sinuses

3)I don't know the others or their sources, the smell I recognize, and its too strong to be cannabryl

4)My consumption was primarily the dosage made/mixed with coffee, and when my sinuses were bad' smoked with herbal cigarettes. I stopped the smoking because of the smell. I then stopped the coffee mixing as that too released the smell. I eventually settled to mixing it with honey & taking it underneath the tongue. With the commotion around I stopped that too for two months now. My doctors prescripttion advises me to take it raw underneath the tongue. The cannabryl brand mentions all the above methods.

There is one individual who has developed animosity towards me and beats the drum. Now there is a band with mob mentality. I haven't had any of them come and talk to me, what I experience is a loud chorus of the word "Ganja" and glares at me and my residence. I find them too unreasonable to have a conversation with. With the under the tongue method there is no smell or smoke.

Mean while I just realized my neighbors are mistaking soldering flux for Ganja. I work on electronics and do a lot of soldering all night. The flux does smell and its quite likely they don't know about soldering.

Thanks Mr.Doveson on reminding me on the smell angle. I had stopped my work as I was not able to concentrate. I just started on some soldering today and neighbors got triggered.
