We have bought a resale flat in bangalore. The underground water storeage sump has an opening hadly 2 to 3 feet from our apprtment balconoy. Due to frequent unloading by the tankers in the night we are finding it difficult to stay in this flat.
Can anyobne let me knoe if there is any law which governs the constuctuction of Sump and also if there are any otions which can be taken legally.
