water bill or tax

without water connection with housetax water bill or tax is compulsory in Nagar palik act

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the distinction between house tax and water bills. House tax is a mandatory municipal charge, while water tax is only applicable if you have a water tap connection. Although often presented on a single bill, they are separate charges. If you need specific advice regarding your documents or municipal applications, consulting a local lawyer is recommended.

Please have clarity on what you seek as guidance.

House tax is mandatory ... water tax can be charged only when there is water tap connection.  both taxes are separate but demanded through one bill.
