Sir i am a law student , i believe knowing every aspect of law and its applicability is important thats why i am trying to relate it things happening around us. So please dont judge a person only with a question.I asked this question as part of increasing my knowledge. so think before judging a person, ur presumption may be wrong

watching or storing such video on a personal device is not an offence.. but sharing, publishing or transmitting is an offence under IT Act which imposes punishment upto 3 years imprisonment.
