Warrant recall

Dear experts.. A cheque bounce case is filed against me. Due to my illness I can't appear on the court and the court issued the warrant against me. Now the complainant wants to withdraw the case.. Before withdraw the case, whether the warrant should be recalled or not? Kindly guide me according this experts?

Quick Summary
A user is seeking advice on recalling an arrest warrant issued due to their inability to attend court for a cheque bounce case. Experts clarify that the complainant withdrawing the case does not automatically cancel the warrant. The warrant is a separate issue for disobeying court summons, and the user must file a specific application to have it cancelled, potentially facing a penalty.

1. Withdrawal of Case by Complainant has got nothing to do with Arrest Warrant issued by Court.  Such warrant is issued for disobeying court summons and becomes a separate criminal offence, for which you will need to appear in person and file application to cancel warrant. A Penalty may be imposed by Court.

Just file the application for cancellation of warrant.
