I HAD RECENTLY POSTED A POST " How to Punish your Advocate ".
It received a harsh response about mis-leading readers,...etc etc etc.
But, to that particular advocate and all advocates at LCI, here is my strong reply.
WHENEVER I REFER TO SUCH ADVOCATES, IT IS THE HIGH-HANDED AND WRONG ADVOCATES.
OBVIOUSLY IT IS NOT THE ENTIRE SET OF ADVOCATES. There are Good Ones in every profession.
There are Bad ones too.
To write about Doctors, Yes I will. I have already drafted few suggestions to the Medical Council of India.
Once I am done, I will post details here as well.
I am here at this forum, for
1) LAW
2) Genuine Victims.
Yes, many many advocates are my friends, they respect me.
Mainly because I am straight-forward.
I do not pamper egos.
I may respect you. But I shall not pamper your ego.
Out of thousands of applications for the post of a judge, only few advocates have cleared, here at Bangalore.
Even among the few, VIVA, how many would clear, we do not know.
Advocates themselves are today raising their voice against the wrong advocates.
I HAVE ONLY PRODUCED THE HONOURABLE APEX COURT VERDICT,
THE HONOURABLE BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA'S JUDGMENTS
AND
THE SACRED RULES OF THE PROFESSION AS PUBLISHED BY THE HONOURABLE BAR COUNCIL ."
If you have to initiate legal action, do it against the supreme court and the bar council.
Do it against your own rules governing the advocate.
Is it practically possible ?
Think practically.
Your Quick Anger is of no consequence to anybody. People just ignore you.
ALREADY MANY ADVOCATES ARE BEING PLAINLY IGNORED BY THE PUBLIC.
WAKE UP.
INDIA IS MOVING AT HIGH SPEED.
It is in public good that we bring out such articles.
But that apart, what legal action initiated ?
Are you above the law ?
You cannot curtail freedom of speech.
what mis-leading ?
which world are you in ?
LAW IS A GENERAL SUBJECT.
LAW IS SUPREME.
LAWYER IS NOT SUPREME.
TAKE YOUR WARNINGS DIRECTLY AS A PIL, AGAINST THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA AND AGAINST THE BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA and ask them to SQUASH THE ADVOCATE ACT.
Is it possible ?
Think Practically.
You speak as if all advocates are saints.
Come on, please, do not flatter yourself.
We all know, how, many citizens of our country are daily mis-led by their wrong advocates and many citizens ( clients ) keep changing advocates for this reason.
AS AN ADVOCATE WAS TELLING ANOTHER ADVOCATE, in one of the consumer courts, last week, here at Bangalore,
' During my younger days, in the year 1982, we were advised about APPLICATION OF MIND '
Today many advocates have forgotten that basic principle.
They have started PLAYING WITH THE MIND OF THE CLIENT.
The result is a Disaster to the Life and Honour of the Client."

So, your ANGER (IMPULSIVE QUICK ANGER ) is mis-placed.
Last but not the least, in today's world filled with awareness and Law being a general subject, the more you shout without checking the articles, the more you end up witnessing silence from the readers or total non-supportive stance from the readers.
