Husband cn challenge the decree in high court .

However the wife can execute the decree by filing the application for execution of decree under Order 21, Rule 32;

The court can attach the poperty of judgement debtor in execution.

If the execution is not filed and husban and wife did not cohabitated for one year from the date of decree the husband can file for divorce.

It is better to come in terms with wife and settle for mutual divorce.
