Want of judgement copy any other same case

Vigilance officials have decided to investigate that 4 members together have embezzled 60 lakhs from their money and they have decided to take further departmental action while the department has filed a criminal case. At present this criminal case has been filed under sections 420 and 409, so anticipatory bail is not being granted as there is section 409 in the court as well. Can you please advise regarding this, we have done nothing wrong and it is a matter of life and death

Until the investigation is njot complete you can do nothing, just you should keep applying for bail. Once the investigation agency will give report that the investigation is complete you can bail out and contest the case upon facts.

We are filing for bail in district court 3 times now but because of criminal case 409 no anticipatory bail is being granted.

Let the inquiry be completed, you will be admitted in bail.

If the bail application has been dismissed in the sessions court, then you can apply for bail before the high court.
