Voice recording happens by chance

Dear Sir,

My personnal mobiles by mistakely records the incoming calls. Is this an offence? If so then under which IPC?

Dear Minu.. In my view.. No any such recording is an offence except when third party without consent records private conversation of individual. You are not making any such act intentionally.. It is just due to mistake.. It is not offence.no such provision in IPC.
