Visitor not allowed

I am a tenant in an apartment. But the society doesn't allow visitors past 8:00pm, and if visitors stay they are required to pay 300rupees per night. I have a friend who comes over, but we cause no disturbance to neighbours. Please help

Quick Summary
As a tenant, you're facing society rules that restrict visitors after 8 pm and charge a fee for overnight stays, even if you cause no disturbance. These rules are likely unjustified and arbitrary, potentially infringing on your personal rights. You should discuss this with your landlord and encourage them to challenge these clauses with the association. If that fails, consider seeking legal advice to challenge the rule through the appropriate authorities or court.

Is it applicable for the owners also?

The association cannot impose such unjustified and arbitral clauses.

It is a deprivation of personal rights.

Your owner only fight against this injustice.

You may talk to your owner and ask him to represent before the association and get it removed.

It is an unjustified, illegal and arbitrary rule, challange it before appropriate authority / Court through a local prudent lawyer.
