Visitation ia - order pronounced and petition dismissed

Dear Patrons,

My GWOP is pending in Salem Family Court past two years with an Visitation IA.Today is the order day and my advocate told it is marked as 'Order pronounced and petition dismissed '. Is it positive or negative?

My advocate filed a copy application to get the order copy but I don't know the result. Can anyone help me explaining meaning please.

Quick Summary
The court has pronounced an order stating 'petition dismissed' regarding your Visitation Interim Application (IA), which has been pending for two years. This generally means your request for interim visitation has been denied. To understand the specific reasons, you'll need to obtain a copy of the court order. Depending on the grounds for dismissal, you may have the option to file a revision petition or appeal in a higher court.

If You are a party in such case, you may also file a copy of application yourself, mentioning as party in person and get dismissed IA order copy.

The petition seeking visitation rights has been dismissed by the court hence you can approach high court with a revision petition to set aside the orders and pass favorable orders as prayed for.
