i am an indian born did registared court marriege with an uzbekistan national last month,at that time she was on tourist visa,but when today we went to extend her visa they are saying that,we cannot extened nor change it to "x"visa.i called ministery of foreign affairs and they said that our marriege is not valid as well even though we married in indian court.they are saying i cannot marry any one who is on tourist visa,i have to go to her country and get marry there.what should we do?any suggestions plz.thx
