my corporation had done transfer of some employees against the rules written in transfer policy. Transfered employees has good relation in management and they got transfer through sifarish but in my case they refuse to me for transfer can i challange in the court for that but i also heared transfer policy cant be challenged in court,
What should i do if management do like this.

Transfer policy can not be challange.Your collegue who got the transfer through sifarish can also not becone rulling.If your management transfers you against the policy then, you can chellenge.But, if you want to tarnsfer on behalf of your collegue you can not succeed. This is also remember that if the department transfers you against the policy, you can also not aspect that court give meaningful outcome.
