victim of Domestic Violence

Hi,

My wife has filed a domestic violence case against me and my family.
i have enough recorded videos, whatsapp chat and photos to prove ourselves innocent. So interested to whether court accept such kind of proof. if so then how to submit it to the court.

please advise.

take service of advocate he will help you in understanding technicalities.
