Vat mandatory to be shown ?

Is it mandatory to show the VAT of the product / Service on the Online ecommerce portal or can it be clubbed with the Fees by saying (fees + VAT)

I am planning for a service aggregator website. Along with the cost of the service I will add convinience fees. For this fees do I need to show VAT separetly or can I combine fees and VAT together.

Service Fees : 100

Convience Fees including VAT : 10
