VARAS NOND in which 7/12 stating अ.कु.पु (aykatra kutumbiya pramukh)
ferfar 1233 is a VARAS NOND stating only Mr issaq as अ.कु.पु akatra kutumbiya pramukh after his father died. Hence his Mother plus 3 sister (minor) this 4 people are not on 7/12.
Mr Issac sold property to Mr patil Another ferfar 1293 is mutated by thalathi.
But Sale deed was not signed by (mother plus 3 sister(minor) .
Can Mr issac only has authority to sale land to Mr patil? Since he is अ.कु.पु Without including other 4 people.
If I am purchasing land from Mr patil can the (other 4 people ) take action against ferfar nond 1293 and land will go back to them again.
