Varas nond

My father passed away last year. He had purchased a piece of land. But his name appears in the "itar adhikar" section of 7/12. Can we add the names of his legal heir and children through varas nond? How do we move the name from itar adhikar to main middle section?

1. File Proper Application & Affidavit alongwith the registered Purchase Deed of Land, to Tahsil /Talati office for proper mutation/transfer in his revenue records, wherein Name will appear in Main Middle Section and name in "ittar adakari" section will be removed.

2. AFTER ABOVE, execute registered Deed for Adding of Legal Heirs in place of deceased Owner.

Thanks for your advice. The Talathi says that the land needs to be converted to NA, in order to move the name to middle section. Am not sure what was the reason of adding the name in itar adhikar section inspite to having a clear kharedi khat. Can you pls guide
